An article of the most interesting discoveries of this past year. It is true the Hatshepsut story has still not been verified but it is included here anyway.

Hatshepsut discovered?
OH OH the cracks in this story are widening and though I feel confident in the tooth evidence the rush to air this sensational find in the mass media when the story should have been published in reputable scientific publications, allowed to be analyzed and then presented to the media and the public.
Dr, Hawass's greatest find may become a total pain and I am sure Discovery channel and others will not receive the creative licence that "Secrets of Egypt's lost Queen" received.
An otherwise fantastic discovery published improperly and marketed before the "t's" were crossed and the "i's" dotted as a result viewed with suspicion.
