In this papyrus from Ptolemaic Egypt in the 4th century bce Artemisia`s daughter is deprived of funeral rites and burial by her father. In revenge Artemisia appeals to the God Oserapis that he may be given the same respect at his death as well as his parents.
The papyrus is in the collection of the Austrian National Library and a part of the World Digital Library.
